Update to Password Functionality of FloodCert.com Ordering Website |

At CoreLogic Flood Services, we recognize that you entrust us with an invaluable resource: your customer data and business information. And we're dedicated to protecting those resources to the fullest extent possible. Beginning December 27th, the FloodCert ordering system will lock out any users who fail six, consecutive password attempts. The lockout duration after these failed attempts will last 30 minutes. After the 30 minute duration, the system will unlock the account and users can reattempt to login; they may also contact our Client Services Department to have their account unlocked. This functionality is being added to the FloodCert.com ordering site to comply with specific security requirements presented by our client base.
